1. Tickets are not refundable/ exchangeable/ transferable once sold.

2. Fares and Schedule may change without prior notice.

3. No changes of trips are allowed for tickets sold.

4. To arrive at the jetty and be inside the jetty terminal at least 60 minutes before your boarding time. It is passengers’ responsibility to board the ferry or check in at the boarding area on time.

5. Any reason for being late is not acceptable and the tickets purchased are considered expired.

6. The Management/ Company is not liable at all times, in any way whatsoever for any losses/ damages/ injuries incurred or caused by passengers.

7. Incorrect category/ misuse of tickets used upon check in/ boarding (if found) are considered void and a NEW ticket be purchased in order to board ferry.
